Our Story

Welcome! I’m Michelle Marie Bean, owner and founder of Hitched & Stirred The Beverage Bar. This vision began for me several years before it finally came to life. Life happened, then came lots of research, planning and dreaming, and as of four years ago, here we were! With over 30 years of experience in bartending, hospitality, entrepreneurship and other service-driven industries, I bring a unique combination of unparalleled skill, creativity, and dedication to the world of innovative event services.

My journey began with a deep-seated commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our community, especially those moments that deserved something different, inspiring, and utterly unique. With over three decades as a seasoned hair and makeup artist, combined with my years of bartending, hospitality, and business ownership, my career naturally positioned me alongside weddings, celebrations and special events. Through those experiences, I came to understand that the market was craving a refreshingly distinctive approach to event experiences.

This realization led me to blaze a new trail by transforming a vintage horse trailer into a mobile beverage bar, ushering in a fresh approach to event hospitality. In an industry where traditional bars are the norm, Hitched & Stirred brings style, convenience and exceptional service directly to the occasion.

At Hitched & Stirred, we’re not just about serving drinks; we’re about crafting lasting impressions. Our passion for mixology, five-star customer service and unique beverages allows us to create something that feels like a natural part of your celebration. From the drink menu to the details surrounding the service, we can personalize the experience to complement your wedding, corporate gathering, private party or celebration.

And just like any good story, ours continued to evolve.

What began behind the bar eventually found its way to the coffee cup with Bean’s Brews at Hitched & Stirred bringing handcrafted coffees, specialty drinks and a whole new side to what we do. From cocktails and celebrations to coffee and conversation, Bean’s Brews has opened the door to new possibilities for our little horse trailer and an exciting direction for Hitched & Stirred.
